>tfw your diapers are uncomfortable

I find adult diapers too large on me, but the only "training pants" that fit me are the XL goodnites, and those have absolutely abysmal capacity. Like, they leak after wetting #2, they're no good for a full day of activity. But then adult diapers are bad too since those are just too big, fit oddly and leak because they don't do up right.

What should I be wearing? Is there some midsize diaper I can use, or should I just get some scrap fabric and see if I can sew myself up a cloth diaper?
>> No. 1021
Don't adult diapers come in different sizes? I have a hard time believing they make Depends in one-size-fits-all.
>> No. 1022
>>1021
They only come in two sizes. Small-Med and Med-Large.

Small-Med claims to be for a 19 to 34 inch waist, but I'm a 31-ish and find them a bit big. They're also very tall, they go up past my belly button.

I don't really know anything about disposable adult diapers except that they exist, but there are definitely cloth diapers and patterns available - for both babies and adults. The only difference is that you'll have to wash them regularly, and may or may not need to change them/the inserts more frequently. Disposable diapers have some sort of absorbent gel inside, whereas cloth will only hold so much liquid. But you can always give them a try and switch back later if you don't like them.

Here's a few links to get you started:

I have tried bambinos and let me tell you they hold a lot. If you are looking for something that can hold go for those, they may be a bit bulky though. I'd ask this on newfapchan as they have an ab/dl specific board. but if you want something easy to get tenas make a pretty absorbant diaper, in canada at least.

Hey /ask/, my parents want to start charging me rent or they are going to make me move out. I am kinda stuck because I have been looking for a job for 3 months and I am getting no where.

So what would you do in this situation? Assuming that on the first of November your parents will start charging you 500 dollars a month for rent, or they will take everything that you own and throw it out on the curb.

I should mention that it's almost the end of fall here going on into winter.

Last time I moved out, I had some "friends" that helped me by driving us in a car to find a place, helping with the down payment and etc. But now, I have no job because I had to move out of that place and back home. Also, I live in the suburbs where it is really hard to get a job for some reason. You either need lots and lots of experience, or you need to be a family member of the boss... it's crazy to say the least and compared to the city, where I live is really really tough to get a job.

So yeah, what do I do assuming I have no money, no job, no car, a little bit of work experience?
>> No. 1117
What sort of work experience do you have? If you live in a low-crime area, you can make a decent living working off Craigslist - bike to peoples' houses (do you have a bike?), run a virusscan, and charge $60. Future employers will be all over your dick if you mention that and how important it made keeping clients happy.

Failing that, try to get certified in something. Forklift driving, locksmithing, something like that. Actually getting the certification will take a bit of time though, so ask your parents if they can hold off one month while you get training. This is probably the best option in the long term.

I suppose the last option I can come up with is trying to look for general labor jobs on jobs boards - you know, Mexican type work. No training needed and sometimes you can find yourself pulling $15/hour.
>> No. 1118
Do you have any friends or family, even in other parts of the country, who will host you for a bit while you get on your feet? In addition to looking for work on CL, you might be able to find a cheap room, maybe in the city where work is easier to find. You could try posting a wanted ad, looking for a room or something, offering property care services in lieu of rent. Cooking, cleaning, yardwork, grocery shopping. That's not something I'd normally suggest, but you are in a pretty desperate situation.

You can start checking out what government benefits you'll qualify for once you're poor and homeless, try here http://www.benefits.gov/ to start.
>> No. 1119
500$ is a lot of money. I would move out if I were you. You can get a better deal. Unless they cut you a break, find someone to rent you a room for half the price.
>> No. 1121
>>1119
I don't know where you live, but I haven't seen any 2 bedrooms locally for under $1100/mo. Depending on where you are, $500 including food and utilities is pretty damn good.
>> No. 1122
>>1121
I wasn't taking food into account, though. And two bedrooms is overdoing it since OP is only one person. That is why I suggested getting a room instead of a 2-bedroom unit. Ya know, live within your means.

I think in most areas of the US you should be able to find a room pretty cheap excluding downtown areas of major cities. It is actually hard in my city to find a room above $400 a month. I could imagine the coasts being more expensive, but Michigan at least is very affordable when it comes to housing regardless of whether you're renting or buying.

Hey, I recently moved out of this place that I was living at in northeast Minneapolis. The landlord and I agreed to write me out of the lease. Now he is not giving me my security deposit back until the other tenants move out at the end of next April. So, what I am wondering is, is this legal? Is he allowed to keep my deposit even after I have moved out and after I have left the room better than when I was there (fresh coat of paint, fixed stuff etc.) the only reason I moved out was because the whole 6 months I was there I had a broken washer and drier and I had a broken door on my room. I also lived with 2 douche-bags and the place didn't have a furnace! There were also other incidents concerning the repair guy that the landlord would send who would never finish his job and at one point got a bunch of sawdust all over stuff that I owned and inside of my computer.

tl;dr if my landlord cut me out of the lease as per our agreement and I can't get my damage deposit back until the other people move out next april. Is that okay? If not, what do I do next?
>> No. 1107
Yes, that is perfectly legal and it actually says so in the lease agreement. You can try asking your old roommates to pay you the deposit and when they move out, they can keep it all. How that fares might not be too swell, as most people are fucking idiots.

But if they never end the lease and keep swapping in people all the time, as long as one person stays and that apartment is never vacant, you will never get that deposit back.

I read it, but I can't compare it to this situation. Says nothing about what happens when the landlord agrees with you to cut you out of the lease. I am confused. I read and re-read the part about the lease, but it doesn't mention anything like that.

Also look up plans like Qualident. If your Dentist accepts it, it saves you thousands and cost $140 a year.

Probably more likely to sit in warehousing and get wasted. If the government "burns" something, it would buy it and then not use it to control the supply. I don't know about that within the US, but I had a professor that gave an example where the US sells rice to Japan (that they don't really want) for whatever reason (bullied into a deal to help us increase exports, appearances, etc., basically a bunch of bullshit) and that the rice goes to waste in storage, but they have to export a certain quota to Japan that then doesn't get used in any capacity.

>>1017
The conservation reserve program, CRP. Conservation first, but it could be market manipulation, too.
>> No. 1040
Cheap foods probably are burned when overproduced. I.e. if the value of the food elsewhere is inferior to the cost to ship it there it may be cheaper to burn the stock, but only if it can't be sold as something else (e.g. animal feed). Storage is an option, but it isn't free either.

I gave Google Scholar ( http://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&q=food+overproduction+burnt&btnG=&as_sdt=1%2C5&as_sdtp= ) a shot and found this:
source: http://odin.agr.unideb.hu/AVA3/Beerkezett/Nagy%20Henrietta/AVA%202007%20K%C3%A1poszta%20angol.doc

>In the Czech Republic there is overproduction in wheat, therefore in more and more towns the surplus is burnt to produce heat. Heat is produced from renewable sources for public use in almost 70 Czech towns already, and wheat has also become such source recently because of the great surplus. In a small town called Zlutice, where the population is 3.000, hay is burnt in the local plant. The experiment started 3 years ago, in spite of the opposition of the population. There has been no smoke over the town since then. They abolished the contract with the power plant havin provided energy for the town until that time, and since then dozens of settlements have followed their example. There is a city, where 50% of the demand is fulfilled by the local biomass power plant, because they recognized that it is much cheaper than the traditional heating methods. Primarily not wheat is burnt in these power plants, it has become popular only because of the surpluses. The amount of wheat surplus is estimated at such an amount, which is sufficient for the heating of 400.000 households annually.

I'll be finishing my dual undergrad in May 2013. I'll have a BA in photo and a BA in philosophy. I have been in the process of applying to law school with pretty good prospects on the horizon, however I don't want to stop there. What I really want to do is go to med school and become a doctor. I have not taken ANY of the prereqs at all, nor do I plan to this school year. I'd like to get both M.D. and J.D. and practice medicine until I want to become a medical doctor. I prob should have gone the med school route first. I found a few dual enrollment programs (Baylor, Duke, U of Miami) but I've heard mixed responses about that.

1. Would it be better to go ahead and get the J.D. from a good law school, maybe do law for a couple years to pay off loans (if I have any at all, none so far = poor orphan) or save money? THEN go to a post bacc program or uni, then med school. This is a good option bc there's a good chance I'll get into a T1 law school and have much of tuition paid for, maybe even keep my cushy campus IT job. OR

2. Graduate from current uni, return, work on campus part time, and take prereqs there 1-2 years. THEN attempt the med school route. Then law school after that.

Can you gents give me your thoughts?

Okay maybe I'm over thinking things here.
but, I've thought a lot about it.
so before I begin let me tell you what I have ruled out as a solution.

-Violence/Asswhooping does nothing.
-Intervention has failed 10/10
-Talking/reasoning/bargaining always back fires.
-Running away/moving out is a extremely impractical but, not impossible.

So incase you haven't pieced it together I live with a drug addict. I had a stash of money hidden away and he stole it. My own brother to be precise.
He stole my bank card and took money out of that.
After thinking about this I realize that I need to get the police involved.

He has a ton of Paraphernalia around the house and a somewhat lengthy rap sheet.
Would getting caught with 15 or so counts of Black Stained Tin foil and burnt straws be enough to have him arrested? If I told the cops?

I feel like shit, I'm so lost.

I'm a femanon who has grown up with nothing but male friends due to being alienated from females because I don't hold an interest in all things dolly/girly. For years I have regarded males as my brethren because they showed me kindness when I couldn't get it from my own sex. They shared my interests, they understood me, and treated me as one of their own. An "honorary bro" they called me.

Now I am being alienated from them as well, for they now see me as female first and friend second, no matter how much we act alike, think alike, talk alike. Suddenly a guy's night out no longer included me.

I feel so hopelessly alone. I used to be able to talk to my bf about these things, he knows every detail of my past and about my situation. He feels I am wrong for feeling the way I feel about being excluded from the only gender that has ever accepted me. He grew frustrated with me when I tried to explain myself why this affects me so greatly, and yelled about how I don't respect what a "bros night" mean.

He used to hold the same views as me in terms of gender equality, he was all for it. But now he's against me because he's letting a male friend of his that he asked about the situation get to him. Said male friend in question told him that I don't respect him, because a bros night is very important to males or something like that. I asked him what went on when they decided to exclude me, and he said everything was the same. Nothing was different at all.

I feel as if I'm losing the only group that ever called me family. I feel as if I'm in a class of my own. Like I don't have a gender and I'm a different species. This loneliness is crushing me, and has made me think several times about taking my life. What's there to live for if you don't have people who understand you? I don't want to be alone...

Can anyone please help me with some advice on this? And maybe explain to me why when someone brings up male and females getting along, people want to attack them for it? Is that really so wrong to want that? Why do they feel that there is such a need for this diversity?

Hi there. It's not normally relevant, but I'm also female. I've gone through periods of loneliness and feeling alienated from people, and it's not a fun place to be. >>1001 has said a lot of wise things, and I don't know what else to say except to heed his words.

I guess the only thing I can add is that I think the feeling of alienation does not only come from the actions of others. How you perceive, and react to those actions, affects it too. From personal experience, taking others' actions as personal attacks caused me to withdraw into myself, and didn't solve anything. Also lack of communication made everything worse. Communication is the bedrock of relationships, even when it's uncomfortable. I'm still learning how to do it well.

So, here's the deal.
You don't like girly stuff, and your BF is trying to not get sick of you.
The answer is to do non-girly stuff on your own.

Look for a game store in your area and see if they do a board game night. Go play Dominion or Settlers of Catan and make some casual friends of your own.

Most of all, stop being a girl about getting excluded from brotimes. Everything you posted here is an over-sensitive example of why you need to step off it and get out more on your own.

So does anyone know of any good facebook password hacking software? Some one supposedly has been talking shit about me, and I want to find out who. Also, my friend took MY truck to get food at football on our lunch break (without asking and no license), and thought I'd get some payback. Lol

Your plans are misguided and will end horribly for you. Password hacking is illegal, too.

But for us to help you (which we probably won't anyway) we need to know more about your situation. How would knowing a password help you find out who "has been talking shit"? If you know someone involved, it would be way easier to just man up and talk to them than to try and install a keylogger or something on their computer.

Illegal, but nobody ever gets prosecuted for it.

The best facebook hacking software is common sense, and adding "1" to the end of things.

I had 4 fillings done a few months ago and payed what I thought was the full amount there. They sent me a bill recently and said insurance isn't covering what I thought was covered initially. On the bill there is no explanation of the charge, I had to ask what it was for. Is this a bogus charge they are making up or do I have to pay it? Can I wait to pay it on my next visit?

I'm extremely skinny and generally not really eating well. Since I'm already pretty nauseous in the morning, I can't force myself to eat very much.
So I thought to switch to blending at least milk, a banana, and bread (basically my current breakfast), add maybe a raw egg to it and just be done with it. Just today I considered investing in some protein powder I could start adding to the mix to maybe get a chance of fattening up while I am at it but then I wondered...does anyone have experience with supplemental like that?

As a former skinny dude add the following to your diet :Milk/Cheese (if youre not allergic), Oats for breakfast, Avacados and Eggs.

You don't need to see a nutritionist, but if you feel nauseous in the morning, that's reason to get a checkup. You might have an inadequate diet, a digestive condition, or maybe a food allergy that you're not aware of. Only a doctor could tell you for sure, though.

Otherwise, yes, lots of dairy and protein. Milk, cheese, eggs, red meat. Weight training will also help you bulk up.

Considered canned olives (assuming you like olives); that's what I've been doing lately. 1000 calories and all your daily fat to a can, and it's easy to just leave a can and fork by your computer and use it as a snack food.

The guy who suggested avocados is on to a good thing. They're very fatty, but super good for you. I put avocado on sandwiches like a spread.

The weight training suggestion was a good one, but do not do any weight training until you are eating more.

Instead of blending milk, a banana and bread with a raw egg, why don't you get some protein powder and make yourself a shake that actually tastes good and then cook 2 or 3 eggs for breakfast every morning.

Example day:
Breakfast - 2 eggs, cooked however you prefer, a protein shake
Mid-morning snack - some cheese and veggies
Lunch - A chicken sandwich with lettuce, cheese, avocado, maybe even bacon, and a little unprocessed sea salt (because fuck table salt)
Supper - A stirfry of veggies in the sauce of your choice with beef or chicken or pork or tofu or whatever, possibly served with rice or a rice/beans mixture.

That is a day with literally oodles of protein, tons of veggies, and a lot of calories in general. If you're super skinny, you want protein and you want fat. Don't suddenly start eating huge portions, ease into it, but get to the point where you're making sure to eat ~2000 calories every day.

Also, eat quinoa. You cook it the same way you do rice (2:1 water:grain ratio) and it has a shitload of quinoa. When it is finished cooking, mix in some kale and put the lid back on to let the kale steam for 10 minutes or so, then eat. Lots of protein, and it's delicious, especially with a little butter and some sea salt.

Have you thought about going to a doctor to see if you have an overactive thyroid?

In the morning, are you nauseous when you wake up or right after you eat?
