I know this is kind of a generic non-answer, but I would recommend just going to a dermatologist.

I dunno, you shave there it seems so it could be ingrown hairs. The solution is to not shave there, use and electric razor if you must.

Could be ingrown hairs or folliculitis. Try putting some cortisone cream on it; if the swelling doesn't go down in a couple days, swap over to an antibiotic ointment.

Bot flies. They should mature within the next couple of weeks and remove themselves harmlessly.

It could be an allergic reaction to deoderant. It says on the bottle/stick if this very thing happens discontinue use immediately, I would advise that... and in two to three weeks it should clear up.

Sebaceous cyst. They need to be lanced at some point . D you drink enough water? I had a nasty one a few years ago and the doc said it was because I was poorly hydrated to often. I let mine go way to long so if you can have them taken care of.

I get these from time to time. They are incredibly uncomfortable. OP do you sweat uncontrollably?
