Who used the phrase "Dear Lord, please grant me the ability to punch people in the face over standard TCP/IP" first?

I think it was first used on Married To The Sea, the awful, unfunny webcomic by the wife of the guy behind the slightly less awful webcomic Toothpaste For Dinner.

A little nerdy hipster part of me felt warm and fuzzy for having remembered that from the hours I spent in grade school reading bash.org pages before English language chans came about. Looking back I think it was bash and albino black sheep that had me lubed up and ready for the chans once they started.
