Basically, The first meddles with trusts and shit for NFA crap. From my understanding and I have not been able to see the order itself in plain text , it basically cokblocks the whole trust thing completely and makes it so that you must forgo the entire NFA process yadda yadda yadda.
The second blocks reimportation of any weapons we have sent out to other countries. IE he is actively fighting that whole Korean M-1's thing from a year or two ago.

Given that this was signed on Friday last week before Labor Day and how it effects niche group of gun owners and buyers I think it will go pretty unnoticed. Any thoughts?

I personally think this is gearing up to block imported weapons and ammo, namely from Russland.
