Wait... what kind of weirdo wants to bring a sword with them everywhere? Thats akin to being one of those shit heads who doesn't leave home without his AR15 because he wants to "educate and ease peoples fears about guns" while walking around with a high powered machine designed only for killing.

The point of the article wasn't the swords, my short bus friend. The point was that they recognized that the original intent of the 2nd amendment had to have allowed for bladed weaponry as that was equally common at the time of its writing. The fact that that would ALSO include swords was interesting, but incidental.
