Hiya there. Aficionado writer with a question here.
This one is for the wrestling savvy: Which are the best wrestling moves to use in an unwilling and/or resisting opponent? I'm aiming for something quick and painful.
I'm pretty sure there are other martial arts throws and grapples just as spectacular and painful, so please enlighten me.

Wrist lock. (it can be performed standing)

actually, in reality it's very hard to perform some wrestling move if the aggressor-victim is unwilling and stronger than you. You have to hit him first to make him "relax" for just a second to take out his strenght. Then you will be able to perform a lock or something else. If you could be a little more specific i think i can help you. sorry for my bad english.

This is really easy to answer, there is none.

In wrestling, judo, BJJ, and all other serious grappling arts the 'best' technique is going to be determined by positioning/orientation, your skill/personal preferences, and your opponent's skill.

The common "high percentage" moves like RNC's and arm bars can easily be less useful than an uncommon technique like various 'suicide throws' or any move that is prefaced with "flying".

Just like there is no best punch or kick there is no best hold, choke, or throw; its all situational.
