If you're looking to learn Japanese Kanji then I recommend downloading Anki and then downloading RtK from within Anki.

http://ankisrs.net/
http://kanji.koohii.com/

Anki is good for learning pretty much anything.

Here are some more Japanese resources:

http://rikaichan.mozdev.org/

This guy isn't the greatest teacher, but he's pretty cool and could help you keep enthusiastic about learning Japanese. Remember, 50 fucking times, you bitch.

If you want to learn Japanese and have fun while doing it, these videos are a great resource:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9987A659670D60E0&feature=plcp
(Just a warning, the playlist order is a little wrong, so check the upload dates on the videos you're watching so you know you're watching them in chronological order).

I've been learning by watching these videos for about 3 weeks now and I've learned basic grammar, te form, blending, a bunch of words and all of the hiragana and katakana characters.

Don't let the swearing and general rudeness put you off, they're really fucking helpful and I doubt I would've made it this far without giving up if I hadn't been watching them. I'm dreading the day when I finally reach the end of them ;_;

Oh, and for hiragana and katakana, I'd recommend using these images so you know you're getting the stroke order and form of the characters correct:
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/28/Table_hiragana.svg
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/0d/Table_katakana.svg

They're vector images which means you can zoom in on them as much as you like and they will simply be redrawn at a higher resolution with no quality reduction.

Another bit of advice I can give you from my experience so far is to write down all the characters you know when you wake up in the morning, and if you're forgotten any then write them out 50 times again in your notebook. You can also do this throughout the day at random times to test yourself if you feel like it.

And last but not least, here's some random links I've collected:

Just a bit of runes. Its easy to memorize the figures if you care to. Icelandic is closest to Old Norse I hear if you want practicality.

God I hate that chinese Hetalia shit. "Braginski" sounds like a fucking Polish name and not Russian at all. Chinks and weeaboos don't know shit about the world outside of anime/manga garbage.

Also "щ" is described incorrectly. It is best described in English as "shch" as in "fresh cheese". But I expect no less from weeaboos.

There's this site dedicated to stuff like that, run by some dude who majored in Japanese (if memory serves correctly)

Here's an article he did about punctuation:

This looks like a great read, thanks for sharing

Here's a program that makes learning Chinese & Japanese kanji a bit easier:
http://wakan.manga.cz/

There's also a built in dictionary & translator. Some features might require some base knowledge of hiragana though, but everything should be customizable

Well, I don't think that many Russians will pronounce щ as in щи or борщ the same way the English pronounce "fresh cheese". It's certainly not "Shiri" as in the picture, but it's hard for me to describe...
