Yeah, it kinda seems to be after the first hit. Once that one's intensity kinda cools down, they're cool after that. Note that this person has also had panic attacks in the past and is fearful of another one, because the first time they had a panic attack was from smoking.

Yeah, that happens to me on occasion. I don't know if it's anxiety; I've never had panic attacks. It just feels like I can't handle reality for a bit. It always goes away if I smoke more, though.
