Hi /India/, I'm looking for a program to capture everything on screen as screenshots. So far, every program I've used fails at games, only a black image is saved.
Snag it. Works well for everything
>>528 Nope. Tried it, black screenshot. Trying to take screenshots from "Papo and Yo" and "Brothers: a tale of two sons".
>>529 I'm assuming these games don't have inbuilt screenshot functionality, or aren't on Steam? Failing these, try running the game in a borderless-windowe mode, if it has it. Screenshots should work then.
1. press the print screen button on your keyboard 2. open MS Paint 3. press ctrl+v to paste the image you copied from the screen into MS Paint
Dorgem or Pryme. I've tried them both. Not quite what I needed, but they might be suitable to you. Pryme is pretty good. http://www.softpedia.com/progScreenshots/Pryme-Screenshot-67978.html
Can't you use a video capture device and take what you need from there when you're done? Alternatively I think most games have a built in screenshot function if you google how to screenshot [game]. I think the default for steam is F12 too.
One completely dildoes idea is using a mirror driver and getting a program to capture what's on display on the mirror driver device.
Get the latest crack of fraps Printscreen doesn't like doing screenshots of a fullscreen window. alternatively, play through steam and use f5 or f12 to take shots.
picasa
probably because you want it to copy from graphics card memory, but it is copying from ram, and the ram is zero;d so it has no picture. hense all black.can't steam do this?
