The service I'm using is free. They inject ads into my radio, and as long as I get a certain amount of listeners on average, my account remains active. They do revenue sharing too, but I haven't made anything from that.

So really the only cost was buying the domain name http://www.hammerheadradio.com and having to purchase music for the station (gotta be legal yo!).

So my radio is playing all viking/folk metal.

Speaking of metal, I recently started to listening...yeah, I know...deathcore. It sounds horrible, and I can't do it for long, but I feel really good doing it too. It's a huge ego boost for some reason. I feel super confident on it. It's like the flooding of negative stimuli like death and pain and torture and filthy sex and associating it with pleasant music desensitises me to my worldy anxieties. I see a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly and perhaps it's just my fucked up mind making the connections but I think deathcore could be the new exposure therapy. Start with Postmortem Promises which I currently like and work your work on from there. Ps, I still don't know what the lyrics are for anything I've heard, but the album art is what is disgusting.
