Fat. Hairy tits. is loud and likes to be the center of the conversation but is laid back and chill. can be sneaky.

Meow:
Batshit insanity possible without notice. Has a babby. Aspiring crazy cat lady.

Rickb:
Probably the FEDS. could run an IRC server off a network of potatoes and Ethernet cable. Probably does.

Nio:
Impressionable young chap with a taste for metal. Pretty smart. Probably going to get invaded by russians.

Luevin:
Has an accent but perfect pronunciation. Always technically correct, which is the best kind of correct.

Ntnix:
Name starts with an m, or something. Would make a bueno father if he wasn't busy parenting everyone in the chans. He's 99chan's sugar daddy.

Creed:
His name is also an awful and annoying band. He acts tough when he trolls but is probably nice beneath that. He's also apparently black despite sounding like a southern conservative white guy sometimes.

Buttbot:
he will butt when you are just butting to butt.

Turbzy:
The only normal guy on all of 99. looks like he lives in a construction site.

Taylee:
Stares at her reflection at all times. 99chan's 12 year old sister.

Reven:
Ask him his age, everyone does. He's 30, btw. Not bothered by chan drama. Will lead the resistance in 2023.
