I'm looking for comments on my current training program, which I recently started:

Monday: High Intensity Interval Training (running)

Tuesday: Strength training of upper body, arms, plus squats

Wendesday: HIIT

Thursday: Strength training

Friday: HIIT

Saturday: Strength training

Sunday: Rest

My bodytype is tall and slim (need muscles), and I eat a good diet.
