Hypertrophic scarring is not a big deal, usually goes away on it's own and shouldn't leave any long term scar or damage to the skin, sorry if I worried you.
It's not the clearest picture, so I can't really tell but it looks like there is some. On the lower part of the piercing there seems to be a slightly raised and darker/pinker ring of skin around the bar. It could be lymph, blood, swelling, or just a grainy or weird photo. I don't know. My money is on hypertrophic tissue though, especially if the piercing was more than say about four days old (without additional trauma) in that photo.
It's really not a big deal though, any piercing through cartilage is pretty much guaranteed to get some and eyebrows are prone to get it too, especially the lower part. Even when that goes away and it's fully healed some more might pop up again. Either as a ring around the bar or a little bump beside the bar.
Camomile helps so much to get rid of it faster though. At this stage you could cut out sea salt soaks/compresses and just rinse it in the shower whenever (try to keep soap and shampoo away from it,dont worry too much about it) and use camomile once or twice a day. If you don't drink camomile tea, then just throw a bag in a cup with a bit of hot water, then when the water is warm but not hot take the teabag out and gently hold it against the piercing until it goes cold.
You should try to keep makeup away from it and don't pluck too close to it for at least another 3 weeks, but I know how hard that can be. What I sometimes did with mine was use a small scissors on any hairs very near to it and cut them close to the skin. Not ideal and a lot of the time I just plucked anyway but ya know, try not to make it too angry.
Sorry I am very wordy tonight.
Eyebrow piercings are awesome. It looks great too, both on you and terms of placement.
