Do you use it? What do you use it on? Some people even have recipes that incorporate it, do you have or know of any?

Sriracha thread.

Yeah, but I'm not a big fan of cock sauce. There really isn't a lot of flavor in it. I prefer shark brand. It's not as hot, but actually has flavor to it.

Mr Racha and Uncle Tapa are mainstays of my fridge. I like mixing them with creamy-ish stuff, like mayo or this garlic peppercorn sauce I sometimes buy.

I make spicy peanut sauce with it.

I also eat it on white rice, in soup, and in stir fry.

I make ramen using it.

You fry the noodles up in a pan with garlic and green onions. Then you boil it in with the water, sriracha, and flavor packet (seriously, who buys good ramen?). Then you fry it all up (a second time) with an egg, beef, carrots, bean sprouts, and whatever else your heart can imagine.

Years later you get heart disease and die.

I was about to make another thread about grits when I scrolled down just to see if the topic was already covered.
But the real highlight of my thread would have been sambal oelek, my favorite thing to put in grits.
Unfortunately now, I won't be talking about all the other stuff you can put in grits, such as fish, which I'm having right now, soooo good.

But if you like sriracha, you will love sambal.

Sriracha seem to be pretty overrated. I use it all the time because it's around but overall it's not the god of chili sauces.

Get over it. There are other good shits out there. The cock sauce does the job. THAT IS ALL

A challenger appears.

Nah, this stuff has a different taste and texture than Sriracha.

I put sriracha in stir frys and noodle dishes. I put this shit on anything deep fried - egg rolls, won tons, etc. Even onion rings and shit.

Try some legit sriracha before you write it off forever. And also try it with its intended use (read: seafood). Cock/rooster sauce is mostly just a little heat and not much flavor. You almost sound like somebody who has only tried processed cheese and has decided that you don't like cheese.

Blows sriracha out of the water for combined tastiness/spiciness. Seriously, just order a bottle, it's unbelievable.

I've had that sauce and it's not really comparable to sriracha. Apples, oranges, etc. It's very good, however.
