First cat that I'd ever had from kitten age...

Sigh, the little guy grew on me without me even noticing how strongly for the longest time.

This gorgeous little man passed on the day before my birthday in '06.

A somali, and as sweet and talkative as one could ever be.

Admittedly, bit of a weirdo.

But this special gentlemen could make even the most seasoned cat-haters LOVE him. He loved to wrap his paws around your neck and hug :3

This may appear to be the somali I've been posting (his name was Sholeh, by the way. Guess I forgot to say.) However, this is Blossom, my little angel.

She and Sholeh came to me because my dad's best friend had adopted the two of them. Several months later, his bitchofawife complained about her allergies (why didn't she say something earlier?) and made him get rid of them. They then passed to me. The kitties were especially dear to me because he committed suicide a couple years later.

She was a shy kitty at first, bu eventually she attached to me like a tumor. She would only approach me, my mother, and my best friend willingly for the longest time.

She was tehre for me when it seemed no one else was. When I felt a small hard lump in one of her upper teets in '07, my heart sank.

She was often annoyed by Vince, he was too playful for her liking. They did like grooming each other though.

She held on for another year. Blossom was a wonderful lady but I finally realized it was time to release her.

Vince and Leeroy got along very well, however.

Vince would hide around a corner, do the little butt-shake thing, and then tackle Leeroy as he walked by. If they weren't sleeping or eating, they were probably rough housing with each other.

Suppose I'll stop here. Most of the rest of the pictures I have are even lower quality than the ones already posted. Felt good to talk about them though.

I've seen lots of tabby color points--especially silver/gray-- they're not that uncommon but they certainly are very pretty.

And this is my old cat Dora who is now living with my mother. I sat on her before taking this picture. She was completely buried in the blanket on a chair. I moved it aside to see which cat it was and she just smiled at me and went back to sleep.

Dora one of the mellowest cats I've ever had.

And another of Dora, same chair, different day. This time sleeping with Baby kitty. I sometimes forget just how fat she was at one point. She even got stuck in the cat door once. She's since lost a fair amount of weight though is still on the chubby side. Makes her very snuggly, her fur is amazingly soft.

Those tan cats were beautiful, and Vince was attractive too.
