Hmm, I dunno really. It just seems to be one of those anime that everyone has seen except for me, so I feel like it's something I should watch at some point. I already have all the episodes downloaded, but it's been pretty low on my priority list.

I've downloaded all the anime in my "Plan to Watch" list, but I just haven't got round to actually watching them yet. There's some stuff I want to re-watch sometime soon too like Monster, Welcome to The NHK and maybe The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

Don't bother. The show's main thing is trying to make you feel bad for characters that either: don't act like people, don't have personalities at all, or just come across as complete retards. There's also an excessive amount of nudity and violence for no other reason than to shock the viewer.

It's also ugly. The show has some of the worst character design I've ever seen and the color palette they use is downright physically repulsive to look at. They layer all of these dark browns and blues against bright saturated yellows and reds and pinks and it's just fucking headache inducing.

I can't remember it being that bad. It certainly isn't the masterpiece some make it out to be, but I enjoyed watching it.

It wasn't exactly recommended to me, but I didn't discover it on my own. I was looking for something new to watch and remembered an old friend of mine used to talk fondly of it back when I was at school, so I decided to give it a try.

It was probably among the first 10 anime that I watched, so perhaps I was ignorant to its flaws back when I watched it. Looking back, I can't remember a whole lot about it, but I do recall an almost comical amount or gore and unnecessary nudity.

here, Looking through my list some more, I can't remember most of the main characters names for the majority of the stuff on it, and for around 50% I couldn't even give you a brief description about the show in question. Is this normal? on bigger imageboards/forums I always get the impression people actually remember these things, I mean I like anime and all but I think my brain must turn off when I watch it.
