I wasn't sure if this would be better at /r/ o here but since this is the TV and Film board then I supposed that there would be more people that knows what I was talking about here.
Also you can post about other movies/series you can't remember here.

I barely remember anything about this movie. It was one of those cheap B movies about some nerdy guy who likes music. He gets bullied a lot but at some point the bully who resulted a softy asks the nerd to musicalize a poem he had written.
At the end of the movie, the nerd guy gets to play in a band and there's this song from which I can only remember the melody.

The song was about daring to dream or something like that.
